We also provide software packages such as Microsoft Office, antivirus solutions and Adobe programs, as well as our care pack service, that will prepare your device for immediate use. Computer West provides training sessions for businesses, home users and education institutions, both in our equipped training facility as well as at the site of an organisation environment. The courses available include learn and discovery sessions on the iPad, Mac OS X, and Windows 8, with future courses to include information about backup solutions and general PC use.
Computer West is an authorised service provider for EDsys, Apple, Toshiba and Lenovo; if you have any products from these vendors that are faulting, we can perform diagnostics and repairs under warranty if the product is eligible. We also have access to Fujitsu server and Brother printer warranty services, if required.
As well as providing a range of products, Computer West can diagnose and resolve faults on the devices that can be purchased from the store even if they are not covered under warranty. In addition, our full assessment of desktops and laptops is completed every time a diagnosis is performed and acts as a general service of a PC, summarising its current state and allowing us to provide recommendations to improve the system. We recommend an assessment be completed every six months to a year

The facility is available for rent for a full day, half of a day, or even after standard business hours. We also have an equipped kitchen area which includes a hot/cold water dispenser, coffee machine, and refrigerator, and allow users of the training room to take advantage of our facilities.
