HP Warranty
Computer West can provide HP warranty services and out of warranty services on the full range of HP commercial computing products.
With over 20 years of technical experience, Computer West’s technicians are certified in HP repairs and maintain an up to date service center with specialsed HP tools and diagnostic software to ensure your repairs are done right the first time with genuine parts.
If your HP device is covered by standard warranty, Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or an extended warranty, there will be no book-in charge and we will just need your device left with us in-store for the duration of the repair which may vary depending on the type of repair or device.
Before bringing your device in for repairs, we recommend ensuring you have a backup of your data.

To book an appointment for in-store service work, just drop in any time.
Please note for repairs that aren’t covered under warranty or ACL, there will be an $88.00 assessment fee which covers our time to diagnose and quote you on any repairs that are needed.
