Apple have announced a recall on any AC wall plug adapter sold from 2003 onward. These adapters have been used with iPhone, iPad, iPod and MacBook chargers since 2003. The following criteria must be met in order to claim a replacement wall adapter:

1. Your adapter must look like any that are located in the below image.
2. If your adapter has 4, 5 or no characters (letters / numbers) located in the gap such as the example below.
If you have a wall adapter that meets the above criteria, then you are eligible to claim a replacement. To do this, simply bring the recalled adapter into us and we will replace it. If you require multiple (in excess of 20) to be replaced, simply contact us and we will arrange a special order for you.
