Computer West can provide Apple warranty services and out of warranty services on the full range of Apple products.
With over 20 years of technical experience, Computer West’s technicians are certified in Apple repairs and maintain an up to date service center with specialsed Apple tools and diagnostic software to ensure your repairs are done right the first time with genuine Apple parts.
If your Apple device is covered by standard Apple warranty, Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or AppleCare+, there will be no book-in charge and we will just need your device left with us in-store for the duration of the repair which may vary depending on the type of repair or device.
Before bringing your device in for repairs, please disable Find My Device and ensure you have a backup of your date.

Please note for repairs that aren’t covered under warranty, ACL and AppleCare+ there will be an $88.00 assessment fee which covers our time to diagnose and quote you on any repairs that are needed.
