Password Resets/Restore

In general, when unable to access an online account, you can reset your password by following the prompts from the account provider, for example, clicking on a ‘forgot my password’ link on the sign-in page of the account you’re trying to access. You may be required to click a link in an email, enter a two factor authentication code (usually sent to your mobile), verify your identity by answering secret questions, and set a new password.
